So, of course, first question that we're all wondering is what made you actually decide

to write a book?

I think you mentioned in there that you were inspired by you writing those strategies of Champions essays from 2005 to 2007.

Is that really where you first came up with the idea of turning this into a full-length book?

Yeah, it really is because writing, you know,
