Well, you're feeling a lot better than Homer Bailey, I'm willing willing to assume because it's just within the

last 10 or 15 minutes or so which would give you a good idea of when we started this

podcast the Reds announced on Twitter that Homer Bailey will have surgery tomorrow to repair the

strained now they're just calling it flat out torn so I don't know if that means it's a

complete tear of the flexor tendon in his forearm but he would have surgery tomorrow to repair that. He'd been discussed as a possibility that he might need surgery.

And quickly I think it kind of escalated once he had some doctors appointments and all that stuff

and that tends to happen. This is not a torn UCL this is not Tommy John's surgery
