I feel like I need to be put on the 15 day disabled list.

I was playing pickup basketball at the Y and forgot I'm a 41 year old man who shouldn't be playing

basketball with 20-somethings and I am a little worse for where today.

Yeah but you you at least made some some fantastic feats

happen there in that game didn't you? Yeah I am the mark eaten these days I stand

there and just block shots so I was able to block six. Unfortunately

that's how many shots I missed before I made my first one. Took me a while to find my

groove. This is one of my best friends said on Facebook he's like blocking shots and

And these are guys that I would play the three on three who put up

tournament with when we're all the way through high school and college in our

20s.

But it was nice to get involved here at the local Y, but I am really hurting today. I have got a very nice size bruise on the right lower part of my ribcage. And sneezing is a lot of fun. It hurts like hell.

So other net, not a bad weekend.
