uh... beat up from the move.

I had to set up the trampoline three times today

because my attention to detail was pretty much poor

and set up the first time, realized I've forgotten the step, and set up second time, realized I'd set it up wrong.

So three times with that and everything else, I'm a little beat, I'm a little pissed away.

Some of my local home leagues have gone this week due to the

trades but other than that I'm okay yourself I appreciate you asking I'm okay I feel a

little well rested after a rather lengthy and unexpected nap

earlier today and I'm excited to talk about some things baseball I'm even more

excited to hear you rant non-stop about your troubles in your in your home leagues and I can't

wait to get to that and I think there's no better way to get into those things

first than by first talking about obviously some of the big trade news that happened over the

weekend and perhaps some of the fallout from it. I'm going to start with the

Oakland Trade who the the A's of acquired Jeff Sub margin, Hamill, we know that's a big deal.

Obviously Cubs getting Addison Russell, that's the centerpiece of this deal, but Billy McKinney
