My name is Alex Dunlap here with Cody Carpeteer, and we're going to be going through today a dynasty rookie draft, a superflex dynasty rookie draft, three rounds.

Cody and I will go one by one switching off spots as we go through this thing and start to get a feel for how things could be looking. Of course, the Dynasty Rookie Cheatheet will be available the day after the NFL draft concludes over at Rosterwatch.com.

But we need to start kind of thinking about building it and how it would be without knowing where these players' landing spots are, without knowing what their draft capital is.

Of course, that's going to be a big part of how they're eventually sorted on the Dynasty Rookie Cheat Sheet.

All right, Cody, do you want to start with this dynasty rookie mock? I think it's the first one that we've done here on the channel.

It is the first one we've done. I do want to ask you one question, though, before we jump into

this thing. And that is earlier the Kirk Cousins deal came down. And on the surface on Twitter,

people went bananas about this because it was labeled as a five-year,

$172 million deal.

But Schefter reported that in reality,

it's just one year,

fully guaranteed $20 million that contains club options for the next two years of like $80 million,

which makes up the bulk of that.

The Falcons will pay Cousins 8.7 million this season.

The Raiders, another 1.3.

And a part of this deal is a fully guaranteed $10 million roster bonus in the third day of the

2027 league year.
