My name is Alex Dunlap here, of course, with the Trash Man, back from Hawaii.

So we should be able to get back on to our regular podcasting schedule moving forward after this week.

But it's good that we have this Wednesday podcast this week to go through the

remaining two teams that we have not discussed coming out of the NFL draft.

And now also is it relates to all this mini camp and OTA buzz trash man, talking about the

NFC North and the NFC West, a lot of interesting things to hit on in these two divisions.

Before we get started, just wanted to remind
