And of course, this is where every week of the season, we will evaluate the various trade targets that are out there in our fantasy leagues, and we will sharpen our trade strategy.

And the reason we do this is because the trade market is one of the most underutilized

aspects of fantasy football.

Most of us improve our rosters over the course of the season using the waiver wire system.

But less used is the trade market and can be quite effective in conjunction with working those waivers every single week as a means to improve your team,

as a means to fortify your team, and a means to increase your chances, improve your chances

of having a big, big season. I think at this point we kind of have people that are in three

different buckets after three games. of have people that are in three different buckets after

three games we have those who are either off to three and oh start and they are

simply looking to take advantage of the losing teams and begin picking them off for

their best players and really beginning early

in the season to arm up their starting roster with some of the biggest name players out there.

We have most of the rest of us who are either two and one or one and two. And if we have a team that we're

comfortable with, what we're looking to do primarily at this point is we are looking to utilize

the consolidation trade. That's where we'll take two of our players and we'll package them together

and we'll send them off for one player that we view as superior in return and

that'll clear a roster spot that of course we will then have available to us to pick a valuable waiver wire pickup and

continue recycling the bottom of our roster so through that process we're continuing to constantly level up. We're

improving our starting lineup. We're cultivating the depth chart, our bench, with the high-priority
