Not a whole lot, enjoying the frenetic weather here in Austin. It's up and down. You think people enjoy, do you think

people enjoy coming on here and hearing our small talk about the goddamn weather in central Texas?

They should. It's wonderful out here. That's why all these California, well, that's not why

all these California. I have a very good idea. I have a very good idea of why the Californians are moving out here, but I'm very afraid that if I talk about my reasoning, I will indeed get canceled.
