Hello and year. We are now into January and I've been reading a lot of your guys feedback and I want to start off the new year by apologizing.

I know a lot of you have had some comments on the audio situation of this podcast.

You might be nodding your head right now

because I've been doing interviews

and it seems like the interviews,

their audio is pretty loud and mine is pretty soft.

So if you're out and about you're on a train

you're listening to this somewhere outside it can be really annoying to keep on

turning up and down the volume. But I think I have figured out how to fix the

situation and edit it appropriately where you're not going to have to do that anymore.

So I just want to apologize and let you know from here on out I'm going to be more conscious about that

so you can keep listening and enjoying and going forward with more

podcasts to come. Now after this announcement I want to tell you about today's
