Today we're going to be talking about Ross Edgley.

So this is a, I don't know about like famous, but like, you know, like well-known fitness

influencer who has been featured on Rogan.

He's been on some other big podcasts.

And recently what I actually noticed was his training with Chris and Liam Hemsworth so here he is

with Thor himself preparing for his role as Hulk Hogan he's looking saucy as all hell

chilling with Ross edgely both looking saucy and uh Ross was out with leum as well looking like a fucking house

and um yeah i guess they've just been uh hanging out during this uh quarantine or whatever and just

training and getting jacked and uh helping i think this is his hemzworth's wife as well, and I guess he's training her too for something.

But anyways, this guy is becoming very well known for his amazing fitness feats.

He's not like a guy who competes in like men's physique or the Olympia for open bodybuilding or anything like that.

He's like an actual like fitness enthusiast who does insane feats that have to do with actual

fitness. So he is, let's see, Ross Edgeley is a British, this is his bio on Wikipedia.

British adventurer is what they call him,

ultramarathon, sea swimmer and author, considered a leading expert on mental and physical fortitude.

He holds multiple world records, but is best known for becoming the first person in history to swim

1,180 miles all the way around Great Britain, completing it in 157 days.

Declared the world's longest sea swim in 2018 by the World Open Water Swimming Association.

In 2020, his book documenting the journey was published titled The Art of Resilience and became a number one Sunday Times bestseller.

So he competed in the world's strongest marathon 2016.
