We're not going to hear about this anymore.

We are only drinking our own urine from here out.

We are making soup with it.

So we're back for one more episode because we have a fun interview guest.

But first I want to include just a couple corrections that came to us from Wiley.

He wrote back and he just wanted everyone to know that he used urine therapy before he

started the running and the healthy eating.

In fact, he says he still doesn't eat that healthily.

So just so you know, urine therapy gets the credit for any improvements he had before

those other things.

Like the nerve damage in his foot just so you know, all right, both the record check.

Also we included that audio about the guy who was looping is the name of the practice.

I don't think we ever mentioned that in our episodes.

But when you just keep drinking whatever comes out of you and then putting it right back

in that it's called looping, you get the idea.
