So, Carrie, what brought us to the Mormons?

Well, I really wanted to go meet the Mormons since we started our podcast.

Usually they come to you.

We seek them out.

I actually don't think I've ever had Mormons show up at my door, I've had Jehovah's Witness.

But I had always wanted to go, I've had a lot of friends who are Mormon and ex-Mormon,

have always been really intrigued by that faith.

I mean, it's one of those faiths that has a lot of doctrines that would be considered

kooky by most people and yet is so widespread and it's so young, you know, there are all

these old faiths that maybe you would think their doctrines are kooky but they're kind

of shrouded in that, well, it's really old, we don't know exactly what happens.

The veil of time, I always call it.
