Today's guest is Rose Harvey and her story is utterly inspirational. She started running after university and joined a run club to get fit and make friends.

Now, at 31, she's running for Team G.B in the women's marathon race at the Paris Olympics.

She has absolutely extraordinary talent and only started running professionally

in 2020 after she was made redundant from her job as a lawyer. I've been lucky enough to run with

Rose and my God, she is fast. I'm also so grateful for the advice and encouragement she's given
