Yes, we lost a friend of the show, apparently to a heroin overdose last Thursday, and Friday night I wasn't particularly in the mood to do stand-up comedy, but the crowd

at the Vogue Theater in Vancouver was really friendly and supportive.

Thank you for the pre-and-post-show smoke sessions in the alley by a dumpster, Van Citizens.

I'll be back as soon as I am able.

It's Oscar Sunday, and I still don't know if Birdman or Boyhood is going to win Best Picture.

I have a feeling that these two movies will split the director picture prizes, probably with

Boyhood getting best picture and Birdman getting best director.

Patricia Arquette and Julianne Moore seem like shoe-ins.

J.K. Simmons, he could have written his accepted speech weeks ago.

I'm looking forward to the members-only Potluck Awards Interruption at Cine Family today,

where we will tape a dining with Doug and Karen that should plop tonight or tomorrow.

Now let's go to the Vogue Theater in Vancouver.

Unfortunately, Graham Clark and Rory Scoville are difficult to understand due to the echoey audio and them not being as close

to the microphone on my phone as I was.

And I also screwed up the Leonard Malton game by picking a movie that it's been the same.

but I used, I actually loaded in the lesser known one.
