Kids are little, we put them into dance classes and we have them put on little plays and they're

singing, we encourage them to sing and dance and

then that slowly dies away as we become adults and I think a lot of the adult

world can kind of wear you down, you know, like job, being responsible and finding these little ways to connect with your inner child is good.

Because it doesn't take much to encourage a little kid to either just sing or dance and they do it and they're automatically happy like why
