When a new year rolls around,

you hear everyone talking about New Year's resolutions, if you have one, if you don't have one.

And so when I found this article on how to incorporate your pets' health into your resolutions,

I thought, tell me more. I feel bad for pets. Because like an owner is like,

I got to get in shape. Then they look at their fat dog and like, you need to get in shape. And

the pet, the dog's like, I'm fine. I'm good with myself. I have a good self-image. I don't body

shame me. I've got a good five years left. Yeah. they have no choice in this matter. I don't know. After reading this

article, I've kind of changed my mind on that. So it turns out that 70% of us Americans own a pet.

And making a resolution with your pets in mind can really help them live longer, healthier lives.

So mainly this is towards dogs, not so much cats.

So Gavin, I would say pay attention.

The first one is training commands.

So you need to have, you need to give them some feedback.

They like feedback.

They want to know what the boundaries are.

So you need to make a reward marker as well as a harsh word.
