Black and brown folks on the ground say that not enough money has been spent getting

Add to this what I've seen from lots of campaigns where I've seen lots of TV digital and radio ads that don't necessarily resonate

Lots of interviews with celebrities while nice don't necessarily move the needle, all while under investing in voter contact
