1:01.4	Big day today here in Boston, a Boston city counselor, Tanya Fernandez, was arrested at her home.
1:13.2	In Dorchester, Massachusetts, during the early morning hours today.
1:16.0	And she's been charged with five felony counts of wire fraud in one count of stealing federal
1:25.6	funds, including a charge for providing a $13,000 bonus to an unnamed
1:32.3	relative she employed at City Hall.
1:36.3	The two then allegedly shared the money.
1:40.0	And where this stems from, this has been kind of in the news that the FBI had been subpoenaing people
1:47.3	around Boston City Hall. And so now we know what the beef was. The council's full name is Tanya
1:55.8	Fernandez Anderson. She came here illegally from Cape Verde and somehow got citizenship and ended up running for the
2:08.1	Boston City Council. Just recently in the council, she had a pretty hefty ethics fine. She had
2:15.4	hired, I believe, her son and sister. Either way, it's two direct family members.
2:22.4	And the male portion of this duo was given like a $50,000 raise and somebody squawked and
2:32.4	turned her into the ethics commission. She ended up with a $5,000 fine,
