Welcome to the Ralph Nader Radio Hour. My name is David Feldman. Steve Scrovan is

out this week, but we are not without the man of the hour Ralph Nader, with whom

I spent part of the weekend at the Spring Awakening of the

American Museum of Tortlaw in Ralph's hometown of Winston Connecticut.

Beautiful drive to the museum and an amazing museum. How was it for you, Ralph?

It was a great event. We had the key people in the movie Spotlight, the lawyer, the actual lawyer, not the actor,

who brought these lawsuits against the pedophiles and then

we had Jan Schlichman who was again the actual lawyer in the

lawyer, famous movie as civil action involving toxic contamination of the drinking water in Woburn, Massachusetts.

And it was a, as you know, it was a big crowd and very intelligent questions and then they all went to tour the museum and that's where I saw you absorbing this wonderful narrative of civil justice and the powerful use of the law of

torch which is a law of wrongful injury by people who have been wrongfully injured against their

perpetrators and there were the asbestos exhibit the tobacco exhibit the

corver pinto exhibits equipment, that harmed workers exhibit, many of the historic

cases that built up this common law of torch, which we want to educate people about,

students about.
