But Ron Rivera, who's been very established as an NFL coach.

Bucky, let's start with your thoughts.

You're surprised at this move?

I'm not surprised because he'd been there for a long time.

And it really goes even back to when the owner took over, David Teper took over,

he sat patiently for a year and a half and just kind of watched things play out.

He changed everything on the business side and installed his own leaders to kind of revamp the business.

But the football side, he kind of left alone, just kind of watched it play out.

He comes from the Pittsburgh Steelers where he was a minority owner, and he understands the importance of stability.

What he wanted to do is see if Ron Rivera could have a level of success that merited an opportunity for him to extend his coaching thing.

Back-to-back seasons, they have underperformed. He wants to get his own guy. And he wants to reshape

the front office and the vision that he has success on Wall Street on. So you can see a lot of
