It's Oakland, California. It's Juneteenth time. So black people are out, having a good time. I'm feeling good about it. I'm happy to be back on the podcast. Shout

out to everybody for being here. What's good with you, Phil? I'm good. It's been a lot going on

this week. I was sitting here writing down notes like 10 minutes ago of everything I think we have to hit. And I was like, oh, it's a lot.

It's a million things going on every day, all that out all hours is crazy. Every time I just like, I'm going to take a little break. I'm going to sit down and watch a show. And then I get on my phone and there's a thousand things going on. I'm like, everybody just chill. Everybody relax. What about downtime? Is there downtime ever, Phil? Yeah, with the current situation in wrestling where it feels like there's always a show on, there's always wrestling and talking about. But yeah, a lot to get into.
