1:00.4	I've had a lot of space and time to myself. My wife took my two daughters to my in-laws place for the
1:06.8	holidays and I got a pass. So I got actually like a whole week here to have a lot of time to myself that I don't
1:15.1	normally have.
1:17.3	But it's coincided with a couple of days of very bad air quality.
1:23.7	Maybe you've been reading in the news, all the fires in Canada and the smoke coming into the
1:28.2	East Coast.
1:30.4	And it's very dark.
1:31.7	It's very bleak to feel like you can't go outside because if you breathe the air, you get a headache
1:38.5	and don't feel well.
1:41.5	And I just, I don't know, I had to really face it.
1:47.8	There's some dark shit going on, y'all.
1:53.0	And, you know, maybe there's conversations to be had about what's happening with our planet and how we might address it, but I have to say,
2:06.2	I don't trust a lot of the narratives around what's happening.
