Hey there, and welcome to the Thinking Fellows podcast. My name is Caleb, and today I'm joined by

0:04.3

Dr. Scott Keith and Adam Francisco. We have been doing some different types of episodes every week.

0:11.6

So instead of what we did during our first and most of the second year of podcasting, where we

0:17.6

basically did series or what you might call seasons or something like that,

0:23.0

where we stuck to a particular topic for quite a long time,

0:26.7

usually three to four months at a time, sometimes half a year,

0:29.9

depending on what we were doing.

0:32.7

And that was really good because what we did is we developed baseline for the show. We built up a

0:39.7

catalog of episodes across just a ton of different topics, and we were able to do that while

0:45.2

kind of establishing what the show is about, and that's about having great conversations about

0:50.0

theology, apologetics, and history. And so what we're doing this year is because we have such a

0:55.3

big catalog built up where we can, when somebody says, hey, can you cover this, we can say,

1:00.6

hey, there's three episodes we've done related to this topic. You can go and see the back

1:05.2

catalog. What we're doing this year is we're building on that catalog an episode by episode.

1:10.7

So instead of doing, say, 20 to 30

1:13.2

episodes in apologetics, we'll do one episode in apologetics a month. And instead of doing 20 episodes in a row

1:18.7

of doctrine, we'll do one episode a month on doctrine and the like. And so we're doing that across our

1:24.9

three typical categories, which is church history, apologetics, and Christian doctrine.

1:30.7

And then for the fourth episode, we're going to do some sort of special topic every month, whether that's a guest where we do talk about their book or something they specialize in.

1:39.4

We've had some really great guests on the show throughout the years, Bob Colb, John Pless, Jim Nesdigan, Paul Koch.

1:49.1

You're not a guest?

1:50.2

Oh, you're a host.
