How do we make it interesting because what Paul is talking about is the history of the Jewish people and he was Jewish

God's word is not old. It's eternal. That means it's always timely because it's timeless and what Paul is talking about in Romans chapter 11

Is exactly what we are experiencing and dealing with both personally and also nationally today

Let me set the stage so because we were made to worship to glorify to live for a God who is greater than us

There's something in us that longs to be part of something bigger and better and so we have these loyalties these allegiances these alliances for some people

They're totally devoted to their nation and that's patriotism some people are totally devoted to their

Political party that is political party adoration some people are absolutely committed to their religious traditions and the routines and rituals

Some people are committed to their identity politics their sex their gender their ideology or their preferences

Some people are totally utterly committed to their family no matter what family sticks together family

Defends protects stands up for one another and Paul had all of these
