1:05.8	Over the past couple of Searchlight programs, we have been considering ministering to unbelievers.
1:11.6	In our study of Romans chapter 15, the Apostle Paul is telling us about his ministry to the Gentiles,
1:18.6	and he is reminding us that we have the same ministry.
1:22.6	We don't have to have a deep theological understanding.
1:25.6	We simply need to share the truth that Jesus proved his love for us by dying for our sins,
1:32.3	and that in believing in this truth we can be with Him forever in heaven.
1:37.3	As we join our teaching, we see that Paul had a policy of going where people hadn't heard the gospel,
1:43.3	and these people are all around us as well.
1:46.7	With our study, here now is Pastor John. Paul's policy was, I don't build upon another man's
1:55.3	foundation. So for him, it meant walking 1,400 miles by foot, finding areas that were unevangelized.
2:06.6	And he says, I'm doing this with the confirmation of Scripture, verse 21, as he quotes there from Isaiah 521
2:14.6	about going to those who have not seen and who have not heard that they might see and might hear.
2:23.3	So that's his policy. Quickly, notice now his plan.
