So thank you for joining me for one of my favorite things.

We're taking the better part of a year. We're going

through this book of the Bible called Romans and this week we get into

something that's really, really, really personal and practical and it's a word

from God for you and what happens in any season especially

when there is a lot that is happening is we get diverted. Think of it like a

military campaign when there is a strategic target one of the tactics is to have a

diversion to create some means by which to distract from that which is priority

right now globally there's a lot of distraction and diversion.

Right now, nationally, election.

There's a lot of distraction and diversion.

Also, locally, there's a lot of distraction and diversion.

And what I want you to know is that it is a good

time for you to focus on you because there's a lot that you can't change but you can

change you. There's a lot that you can't make a difference in but you can make a

difference for your life and there's a lot of

things that ultimately you're not going to stand before God and give an account for

but you're going to have an account for who? For you. And so what he's going to do today,
