My name is Doug, and this is Doug loves minis,

the show that enjoys a sesh with fans in front of or behind the club after gigs in places where it's cool

and apologizes to the fans in the places where it isn't cool.

Coming to you from MiniHQ in Los Angeles on Monday, March 28th,

2016. A lot of emotional ups and downs in last Saturdays. Doug loves movies taping in San Jose.

The improv is a big, beautiful, old venue in downtown S.J. And the crowd was over 300 strong

and very enthusiastic. It's interesting to me how like sometimes when it's time to pick the

name tags, everybody just quietly holds up their name tags. And other times they all scream

and yell. And it's just different from town to town

and show to show but i had just watched batman versus superman and was very irritated by it and

on more than one occasion during the show the late gary Shanling was brought up in a way that, while not, you know, it wasn't intentional, I don't think.

It still was inappropriate.

But in spite of these things and a crowd that was a little too eager to say things and participate

there were lots of laughs and fun games and uh i hope you guys enjoy listening to it and i'll try

to have a better attitude at the next taping. Doug plugs.

Wednesday, speaking of the next taping,

Friday night, I'm going to be on the Sarah Silverman and Friends show at Josh Fesh in Palm Springs.
