It is cold, it is is dark it is miserable so thank you for just

Actually, it's very hot here very hot very humid and you know it sounds really nice but 33 degree days when you

sleep with your air conditioning on and sweat while you're asleep. Oh yeah too much.

For sure maybe before we get into your story, maybe you could just let our listeners and viewers know exactly what it is you do. What keeps you busy?

Oh, look, well, several things keep me busy. I've been, for 40 years I've been a film and television

hair and makeup artist and special effects artists in the entertainment world. I'm also a motivational speaker and a three-time

author so far. Once you start writing books you get you get right into it actually

start putting things down on pen to paper so to speak. So I work as a speaker and I work as a coach.

I coach people how to, it's called Presentation Skills Coaching, how to be on Camera and how to speak on camera and how to find your story because I work with a lot of people as a coach who have stories and we all have stories. They work with victim survivors of sexual

assault and I've been doing this for a while now because of the way like the

path life has taken me on Stephen.

Nice, something jumped out of me there being a massive movie nerd and this idea of special effects make up.

What kind of things were you responsible for? Because that really, really fancies my fancy quite a lot, it always has.

Oh, I love, look, I like doing pretty, but I really like doing ugly.

So I like making you look like you've gone through the windscreen of a car.

I do a lot of blood and guts and gore.
