And the I've been listening to this podcast by this business guy kind of the last couple

weeks one of my really good friends who's awesome he's been just such an investment

he's made such an investment in my life.

Sasha turned me onto this podcast,

and it's, it's, I'm not gonna say who it is,

but it's maybe later.

But he always is talking, he's this loud, loud guy New Yorker he loves the jets

I don't I don't like football, but I don't even like the jets. Actually we do now because we like we love Josh McCown that's right We do. So I guess we love the Jets. And this term he's always talking about is ROI. Return on investment, return on investment. He's always screaming it at the keynotes. He has tons of Instagram's tons of Twitter

posts. He's always talking about what are you investing in and so I thought

it'd be a great idea because I've been like shoving this guy like down with his throat like you got to hear he's crazy

He uses too much profanity, but he's kind of like right and he kind of maybe borrow some of the ideas that you've said over the last 20 years and like brings them and just there was a few more like

F-bomb's in them and but he actually like has the same similar like ironically

like some of the same core values so we're talking about this idea of the ROI of the soul.
