Most recently, federal Judge James Boasberg is trying to stop Trump from deporting Tren de Aragua gang members to El Salvador. As a result, Rep. Brandon Gill (R-Texas) has introduced articles of impeachment against him. And of course, Chief Justice John Roberts of the Supreme Court has rushed to defend the establishment rather than fighting for the will of the people, who overwhelmingly support mass deportation of illegal immigrants. Josh Hammer joins the show to explain why there is no real constitutional basis for what these judges are doing. Also in the news, President Trump had a phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin in which Putin agreed to a partial ceasefire, which is a huge step toward ending the war between Russia and Ukraine. A federal judge has ordered the Trump administration, Elon Musk, and the Department of Government Efficiency to stop dismantling USAID, arguing that what the DOGE is doing violates the U.S. Constitution. Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) mocks Americans and calls them greedy for not wanting to be taxed by the U.S. government.
