lead and fall out from the monumental Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe vs. Wade.

Today, a portrait of an increasingly divided America.

At least 10 states now have effectively banned abortion with varying exceptions or none

at all.

Another handful of states are expected to enact bans in the coming days and weeks.

Meanwhile, abortion rights activists are launching new legal challenges on the state level while

democratic governors are promising to expand abortion access and protect people who travel

there for care.

A fourth day a protest is planned in cities across the country today after a weekend of

marches, rallies, and at times violent demonstrations.
