Welcome back or welcome to the single track podcast. I'm your host, Finn Melanson.

In this episode, Rod Farvard returns to the podcast for a third time this year,

0:11.0

this time to talk about his experience at UTMB Chamonie, life-changing experiences recently in Thailand,

and offer some more thoughts on a recent free trail article he wrote about

1:21.7

Yeah, I think satisfied is a really good word to use.

1:33.7

I feel like I had a good race given the cards I was dealt on the day. I feel like I had my best day I possibly could on the day given like how bad I was

1:40.3

feeling early on and stuff. And we could kind of talk about that as well.

1:49.0

But as far as me giving my best performance possible there,

1:52.2

I definitely don't think I did that.

1:56.2

2:01.9

but I do feel like I have a lot more to give on that type of course in that day. I'm assuming at some point you'll be back, maybe as soon as

2:08.6

next year, maybe we'll talk about that later in the episode, but in your opinion, what do you

2:12.5

think it's going to take in training and also from an execution standpoint on race day to get to that next level.
