In 2009, Light Snow littered the treeline streets of Manhattan, and just a few minutes away

A 47-year-old woman named Shelley Dana Sheffsky-Kovlin had just finished celebrating Christmas with her

two kids at apartment 515 at 155 West 68th Street on the Upper West Side in New York.
