Many of you have reached out over the past few months and asked why in the world am I not covering all these different states trying to knock Donald Trump

off the ballot? And my response has been simple. It's ludicrous. It's political theater. It's insane.

Why would I dedicate time to something that is so outrageously unconstitutional and impossible?

And furthermore, completely and utterly stupid for one side to try to pull off

against a candidate.

We know the Democrats for years have been trying to kick Donald Trump out of office or keep

him from office or arresting him for this or charging him with that.

We've seen that.

But we have never seen what happened in Colorado on Tuesday.

We're the Colorado Supreme Court,

without really a case, without a charge of insurrection, certainly without a conviction,

a guilty conviction of insurrection, just decided on their own, four liberal justices on

the Colorado Supreme Court decided amongst

themselves for apparently no reason after something was brought to them that, yeah, the four of us,

I mean, there's no case, there's been no trial, there's been no arrest. Yeah, we think he committed

insurrection, so we're taking him off the ballot in Colorado.

I mean, this is the most ridiculous, outrageous thing ever.

I'm forced to lead with it on this podcast because of the insanity of it all.

Of course, this will quickly go to the Supreme Court and quickly be overturned, and that will be that.

I think over half the states in America have attempted in some way to try to take Donald

Trump off the ballot next year.
