0:23.8	But first, we got to talk about Comcast because it's breaking up.
0:28.5	Now, in January, it already spun off its TV channels and some internet properties,
0:33.9	CNBC, golf, rotten tomatoes.
0:37.7	It spun those off into Versant Media Group,
0:40.1	ticker symbol VSNT.
0:42.5	But now Comcast is coming back here for round two,
0:46.2	announcing it will spin off NBC Universal,
0:49.5	which contains a lot more than just, you know,
0:52.4	the channel NBC.
0:54.6	Now, as I zoom out here, Kongpast stock down about 30% over the past year prior to this announcement.
1:01.1	And one announcement here, sending the stock up 20% pre-market, up about 10% now.
1:06.5	So the market is giving it roughly $10 to $15 billion more in market cap just for announcing this
1:12.9	move. And that is an absolutely massive swing. Were investors really punishing this stock so
1:19.5	much because it was a conglomerate? Well, yes. The new company will include all the entertainment
1:26.6	and broadcasting out assets,
1:28.1	including the NBC network, as you mentioned. That's still part of it. Telemundo, the Peacock
1:32.4	service. It also includes the universal film and TV studios, the universal theme parks, and
1:38.7	the sky European business. So the remaining Comcast will really just be the broadband and
