Basketball is good again time.

Working on getting some football coaches time. But that's okay because there's good basketball to talk about time,

whatever time of date is, boys and girls, it's the right time for the GoValls 24-7 podcast.

West Rucker coming to you from Fort Rucker Studio here on a Monday night,

chilly Monday night here in Knoxville, Tennessee where it's been some snow flurries for the past 24 hours

after we were recently like almost 70 degrees.

That's okay.

That's East Tennessee this time of year.

And we got a lot to talk about today and going to lean probably a little bit more

toward basketball if you're looking for more football we got a lot more on Josh

Heippel and that higher in the previous podcast and it'll probably be a little bit more

football later in the week, obviously, with signing day

and some other things going on.

But since we're gonna lean toward basketball on this,

we're gonna go down to the Blount County Satellite Office of GoValls 24-7,

gonna bring in the one, the only birthday boy, Grant,

Ramey, Grant, what's up?

You know, life is as normal at the Tennessee beat where you just run around like your hair is on fire for weeks at a time and

Just hope it ends at some point. I'm gonna say this it's Grant's birthday so this will probably be the one time of year I say something nice about Grant and then I'll probably throw up in my mouth and then we'll move on.
