Hi, everyone. Welcome to that spooky arm, Johnny. I'm Tyler. And this is a weekly podcast where each week we go to the lowest rated Starbucks is on Yelp. And then we talk about it.

Like this last one that we went to, I ordered an Ariana Grande with whipped cream. And what they gave me was that Ariana venti with no whipped cream.

That's just hateful. I was sorely let down by the lack of color choices in their travel mocks. Totally disappointing. I would rated a one star for short. If I could on Yelp, I would have given it zero.

I should say that in the review. So couldn't keep that up for the whole time. But not only potentially deterred any new listeners, maybe we should just get into spooky gay bullshit. Let's get into it stupid.

Which by the way, I just want to note, but a week ago, maybe on some post on Instagram, we had referred to the spooky gay bullshit portion of the show. In fact, I think we were just like, oh, get ready for some spooky gay bullshit.

Everyone regardless. Somebody responded to the post in a rather defensive way. Just be like, what do you mean by gay? Yeah. So I mean, maybe we failed in providing context, but at the same time, like girl.

Get into it. If only you knew what we were cooking in this kitchen over here. They came for our wigs, but little do they know our wigs are tight and right. And they ain't going nowhere.

They're glued, Mama. And I mean, like girl, like, all to you, this kitchen, so gay, we're basically stirring the pots with the spoons in our butts. So I mean, like get into it. Yeah.

Anyway, so for this week's spooky gay bullshit, we don't have multiple topics to talk about. We have one topic to talk about. And it is fucking important. Yeah, it is the most spooky. It's the most gay. And it's the most bullshit you could ever ask for.

Exactly. So this week, we want to talk about the first two episodes of Dracula. Now this is not what it's going to be every week. We're not going to be throwing spooky gay bullshit out the window just to be talking about a TV show that everyone may or may not be watching.

But girl, if you have included yet, Dracula kind of speaks to the thesis statement of this podcast. So we want to shine a little bit of a light on it, especially because it's been so fucking good so far.

Yeah, we want to go a little bit deep and delicious because it is just worth all the acclaim. Yeah. So if you have much to show and you have no interest in hearing about it, you can skip ahead probably about eight minutes. You can also skip ahead if you haven't watched the episodes yet. And you don't want it spoiled for you. We will probably drop some spoilers. Oh, yeah. But otherwise to everyone else that's sticking through it. Let's get into it, Mama.

So we've had episodes one into the first one. They had to dress up like supervillains. The second one they had to do a look that was like burlesque vampires. Exactly. Yeah, they had to dress up like vampires and do a burlesque performance.

We've also seen queens jumping out of planes and full drag. We have seen performers drinking cups full of spiders in order to stay in the competition. We have seen people eat blood and eat guts.

Yeah, man, that was intense. Yeah. So we've seen a lot so far. We've also seen some bodies stapling happen, but also just a lot of really great drag. Yeah, and a lot of really good conversations. Yeah. Oh, that's something to talk about.

Before we get into that, though, I feel like we should just kind of do broad strokes. And then we can get into the minutiae, but all. Yes, that's cool. That's cool. Cool. All right. So entering into this whole conversation. Who are you like super impressed with? Like whose Instagram are you now stalking? Oh, I love Louisiana purchase.

Her look, her aesthetic. It's just so weird. It's just so creepy, but it's also polished. It's just got a little bit of flair to it. You know, it's very vintage. It's very simple, which does concern me in relation to the competition itself.

But from a personal perspective, she is amazing. And I also love her personality. And she is outside of drag. Like I didn't realize she was going to be so much of like a Palm Springs gay. You know what I mean?

Yeah, that's what it is. Shady way, but it's just like, oh, you can get creepy and dark, but you can get light and fun as well.
