| 1:18.0 | And, you know, maybe the hot dog cart person still wants that reputation capital for that area. |
| 1:27.5 | So if you are a Spanish speaker in that area, you might say, look, to someone else, maybe to another competitor or another person at the |
| 1:38.8 | villa by the beach or wherever it is, look, this guy serves nasty hot dogs |
| 1:43.6 | and he certainly doesn't want that reputation capital |
| 1:46.4 | because these communities can be small, close-knit, |
| 1:50.5 | and their business depends on good reputation. |
