Now most people get defensive and aggressive and emotional and you know you get the

you can replace the emotional chundering vomiting with thank you and I'm sorry

I think that you will benefit greatly now the reason people react

emotionally through feedback through getting trolled through someone

challenging them through their ego getting here they react emotionally

that one, they're not in control of their emotions,

but two, it's kind of like you defend yourself
