0:08.1	And friends, I'm so excited for you to listen to this interview for a couple of different

0:13.8	First, when I was a little girl and I was learning to love to read, you know, in 6th, 7th, 8th grade. I loved, loved, loved the Goosebump
0:24.6	series and R.L. Stein. My mom took me to go see R.L. Stein at one point in person. And I remember
0:33.4	that meeting being so transformational for me because I remember meeting this person and just
0:41.3	thinking, oh, he's just a person, just like a human being like I am. And if he can write,
0:48.6	then I could be a writer one day. And it started to get me out of some of my self-limiting beliefs and shift my mindset a bit.
0:57.9	And my daughter came home with this book, The Wild Robot. And I remember her laughing and crying
1:06.7	and talking to me about the book and just how emotional and how much of a gift this book was in
1:17.2	her life. And that's who we're interviewing next, Peter Brown. And if you haven't read the
1:23.4	Wild Robot series yet, you absolutely have to. It's just so deep, it's so profound, it's so
1:30.4	spiritual without saying it's spiritual, just a beautiful way to show kids how we need one
1:38.8	another as human beings. So we're going to dive into this interview. I also just wanted to thank everybody so
1:45.9	much and give you an update. Elle is going to have the back surgery. The doctor said he'd like to see
1:51.8	that within the next two to six months. But we have to go out to New York City in order to be
1:57.1	able to schedule that surgery date. And that'll be at the end of July that will be out there.
2:03.0	So I just wanted to thank you for praying for her and to ask for those continued prayers
2:07.3	that everything just goes really smooth for her this year with the surgery and it's a lot to
2:13.6	kind of be away from school for for a while while but I just so appreciate your prayers and I just
2:18.6	wanted to say thank you and I also wanted to let you know we've got a lot of different things
