The robotic surgery tech demo tested the performance of a small robot that was remotely controlled from Earth and performed surgical procedures aboard the International Space Station.

Thank you. We are here talking about the first surgical robot aboard the International Space Station and

here with some of the folks that made it happen.

It launched just at the beginning of this year in January 30th from Cape Canaveral Space Force

station in Florida on board a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket in Northrop Grum-Signis

spacecraft. So first thing I like to ask, how was a launch for either of you there?

I did attend the launch and it was spectacular.

You know, it's great to be at KSC for any reason, but launches are special and watching that first stage booster come back is pretty spectacular.
