Gastropod. Gastropod is a show about food with a side of science and history, and it's really fascinating.

Every episode, the co-host Cynthia Graber and Nicola Twilly,

look at the hidden history and surprising science behind a different food or farming related topic.

If their names sound familiar, that's because I had them on this show last season.

They talked about calories and why you probably should stop counting them.

Later this month on Gastropod, they're doing an episode on where modern restaurants come from and

one on the history of veganism and vegetarianism and I'm sure that both of them will be super interesting.
