What made Mickey Stein's walk into Kevin Mullen's chambers that day?

No official motive has been released, but court documents point to something specific that civil lawsuit

accusing Stein's deputies of sexually exploiting inmates with allegations that some of the

misconduct happened inside Mullen's own chambers. Steins gave that deposition in the case just

days before the shooting. It was described as tense. And according to the fence, that's when

Stein started to

crack. Robin Drake, retired FBI special agent, former chief of the counterintelligence

behavioral analysis program here with us to help continue to break this down. The defense has pointed

to that civil lawsuit, specifically Stein's deposition for the catalyst of this breakdown.

What's your thoughts here in terms of how this sort of behavior manifests itself to go to this extreme?

Is this vigilante type work?

One, that's the thought process I think a lot of people had.

Is this control the narrative type work that's going on here?

Or, or, work is not the right word, but just use it for what it is.

Or is this, is this something, something else?

Others around him were saying, you know, he doesn't seem to be quite with it.

He seems to think some other extreme things are going on here, some delusions about his family, about his, having his wife being put into a bulletproof

vest, all sorts of crazy things.

I mean, what I guess on the outside we look at as crazy things.

But I do wonder, to a certain extent, because there is a lot of unhealthy behavior.
