Robin Abrams was a 28 year old former sheriff's deputy for Will County in Beecher, Illinois.

On October 4, 1990, 18 days before her deposition in a case where she was accusing officers in that

department of sexual harassment among other charges. She drove away from her

parents home. Not far down the road she waved to her father who was headed in the opposite direction.

Robin was never seen again.

I'm Ed Denzel and this is unfound. Before we get too far into this episode I think I need to prepare all of you. You're going to hear a lot of disgusting

information today. I don't know how else to put it and you know that I don't

sensationalize things I don't exaggerate. By now

you know the format of the show I have a theme at the beginning I go over the

the woman that I talk to, what she is going to tell all of you,

is going to at least a little bit shake your belief about how police

conduct investigations in the United States. I don't know how else to put it. Because the amount of cover up

lies, distortions, it's going to boggle your mind. It truly is. And it didn't just happen for a small amount of time.

It's actually been going on for over 25 years.

So I wanted to state that first.
