Hello, welcome back and happy birthday.

Oh, well, yeah yeah no presents necessary lads and non-received. I was very glad to say but yeah

I didn't time that very well back in the office after a couple of weeks away straight into my birthday but

a big five though not that bad not that bad for now right let's just move on with this podcast.
