Now, I've heard you talk about this concept of mobility as a right versus mobility

as a service.

What's the difference between the two?

Well, I think first of all, we need to say that we used to talk about driving a car and having

driving privileges and suddenly, slowly being slipped into the narrative

is just mobility is a different term.

So the idea that mobility sounds like something good that everyone should have, and as you

point out, mobility is a right.
