1:32.2	State Street, Vanguard and Bank of America but are they really in control or
1:40.4	is it the Bank of International settlements? I think that this is an important
1:46.1	question and of course now we're in this kind of multi-polar fragmentation
1:50.8	environment where we have the financial consortium that seems to have been
1:56.6	catalyzed by the Russian government in some ways in response to the sanctions
2:03.8	and that is increasingly allied with India, China and perhaps Turkey and a number
