All right. So back in the day, I just, I read books, books that try to help me learn real estate, personal development, stuff like that.

One day my family was gone and what I do when they're gone is I do errands.

So my errands was getting my truck was dirty, so I had to go get it clean.

So I go to a car wash and the guy my money.
