Well, thank you for having me. My pleasure. Your latest book, like we mentioned, is called The Laws of

Human Nature. How did that come about? Well, I had written a book called Mastery, my fifth book.

And in that book, I'm explaining to the reader how to achieve a high level of creativity and mastery in whatever field you're in.

And I included a chapter in there about social intelligence, about how you could be absolutely brilliant in your field and have

incredible technical knowledge. But if you don't know how to understand people and you don't

know how to get along with people and what motivates them, you will neutralize all of your

potential creative powers or whatever it is, whatever your talents are. So I wanted to immerse you that part

of being a great in your field is also knowing how to deal with people. And as I said, it was a chapter,

and people really responded to the chapter, but they kept writing me and saying, Robert, we want more.

We need more information. And I got a sense of a kind of almost a desperation that people nowadays really, really don't understand some basic principles of psychology.

But there was a hunger for knowledge about how to read people, how to decode their behavior, how to see toxic people before you get involved with them,
