Today I am joined by Wade Stott's host of the Wade Show with Wade over at Canon Press.

Well, wait, I told you before the show that I've been watching your videos for a while now. They are so excellent, so in depth. I hope that everybody goes and checks out the work that you've been doing your podcast on your X as well. If you look them up on X, he posts them all there too. These are these clips. They're informative. They're kind of funny. And you did

an excellent video about the judiciary branch a while back back in 2024. And we actually

played it on the show because it was just that good. And even though it was from a little bit

ago, it's so relevant to today. You have the Supreme Court overstepping its

constitutional role at this time, halting Trump's lawful deportation efforts under the Alien

Enemies Act. And this, of course, violates Article 2 by interfering with the president's

exclusive power to enforce immigration laws. It's just more judiciary overreach. You have just the courts blocking executive action, reinterpreting laws beyond the text, positioning themselves as sort of the supreme overlords. I think you refer to them as the sovereigns. And this is not what the founders had in mind. And Wade, you're somebody who has a really deep, really, really thoughtful take on what

did the founders have in mind? And I want to just get your, get your overview here of what,

what has changed from the beginning of our republic to now with the, with the judiciary branch?

Yeah, the, the judiciary branch was intended not to exert any kind of legal. They're not intended to

legislate. They're intended to essentially just say what the law says. And we need that. We need
